Rosehill TPV^® SCS

Permeable Spray Coated System

A permeable textured spray coated system, Rosehill TPV^® SCS is an excellent all-round solution for track and field athletics venues and training facilities.

This laid in situ system is made up of two layers. The base layer consists of 100% recycled black rubber granules combined with Rosehill Flexilon^® polyurethane binder. A mixture of spike resistant coloured Rosehill TPV^® rubber granules and pigmented Rosehill Flexilon^® binder is then spray applied to create a durable, textured wear layer.

These high-quality components provide a supportive, weather resistant surface that offers excellent value for money for facilities that want a synthetic track system for competition of training.

Rosehill TPV^® PUR

Impermeable Full PUR System

Specifically designed for venues hosting world class international and national athletics competitions, Rosehill TPV^® PUR is at the forefront of synthetic track technology, delivering the ultimate in performance and durability.

This impermeable, triple layer system uses high-quality Rosehill TPV^® rubber granules in every layer to create a full coloured solid PU athletics track that is hard wearing and long lasting. Laid in situ, the first two layers consist of Rosehill Flexilon^® binder embedded with high performance Rosehill TPV^® coloured rubber granules.

A spike resistant wearing course of Rosehill TPV^® rubber granules is then broadcast onto a flood coat of uncured Rosehill Flexilon^® binder to create an elite standard track surface for maximum performance.

Rosehill TPV^® SWM

Impermeable Sandwich System

Rosehill TPV^® SWM is an excellent all-round surface for multi-use facilities looking to accommodate a wide range of sports, including football, basketball and hockey, plus general training and athletics practice.

Constructed in two layers, this impermeable polymeric sandwich sports surface (UK-Type 4) is laid in situ. The base layer is made up of 100% recycled black rubber granules bound with Rosehill Flexilon^® polyurethane resin. This is then sealed and coated with a durable granular wear layer of high-quality Rosehill TPV^® rubber granules, broadcast onto a flood coat of Rosehill Flexilon^® binder. The surface is finished with an anti-slip coating and line markings.

Easily maintained, this durable, skid resistant system provides users with a consistent, high quality multiactivity surface to play on all year round.
